When your crop storages goes into the negatives it is referred to as “dearth of crop.” Having your crop levels drop into the negatives can result in either your troops starving to death or you wasting all of your time trying to get your crop levels back into the positives. So what triggers dearth of crop? Users often experience dearth of crop when being attacked by a more experienced member who ends up raiding their crops.
Another common cause of dearth of crop has to do with users focusing too much of their time on building troops or developing buildings at the beginning of Travian. What ends up happening as a result is the crop levels cannot keep up with the production of troops/buildings thereby dropping the crop levels into the negatives. I always recommend to players who are starting a new game to use their beginner’s protection wisely and focus on developing crop levels at the beginning to ensure they have a sufficient amount of crops to support the development of their troops or buildings. At the very least you should try to always maintain a crop per hour rate of 50.
- In the event that your crops levels read as “dearth of crop” here are some things you can do to climb out of that hole:
- You can either raid another player or trade with another player until your crop levels are restored.
- For all you Travian Plus members out there you can use your gold to purchase a 25% crop bonus.
- Decrease you crop/hours levels by destroying someone else’s building or by having someone else destroy your own building.
- Finally, delete and start over again paying attention to your crops the next time you play.

Your header isn't showing up. White on white background makes it hard to see.
Another think you can do is build 15c villages...not just one, but 2 or 3.
thanks for the info :)
